This lovely room (number 1 on the floorplan) is located in the center of Landstraße and has everything that you will love. It is very close to the big parks of Arena Wiese and Prater. Also you will reach one of the nicest spots to hang out, the Donaukanal, within a 10 minutes walk. If you want to see shows, there are also several places around. The Marx-Halle and the Gasometer, where top bands perform each week.

The flat is located on the 1st floor and it comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. All rooms are separately accessible and fully furnished.
