In our new generous place in the fancy 6th district you will instantly connect with like-minded people and enjoy Vienna to the fullest. The spacious and fully renovated flat is in typical Viennese style. With its high ceilings and big windows, it comes with 2 bathrooms, 2 brand new kitchens and a big living room with Netflix TV. The huge living room and the loggia were painted by a Brazilian artist. It turned out gorgeous!

Wether you spend a nice movie night with your friends there or you enjoy a good glass of wine with them on the nice terrace. All of that you will share with 6 like-minded people of your age.

It borders with Neubau, the hippest and youngest of all districts, in the south, the valley of the Vienna River, in the west, the Gürtel beltway.

Connection to public transport:

In 300m walking distance to the U6 stop “Gumpendorferstraße” on the one side and in 400m the U4 Stop “Margarethengürtel”. They take you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes
