Schusswallgasse Room 3

This big room (number 3) with an amazing view over Vienna is located in a spacious flat on the 5th floor (with elevator). With a sunny kitchen in the morning and a nice sunset in the evening, the flat also includes a chill room and a little balcony. In the area, you will find plenty of cafes, bars and other places where you can hang out and just enjoy the 5th district.

You are going to have everything you need. A bed with fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace and a couch (we added it later so that is why we only have one picture here). The shared flat (3 rooms) itself fulfills all your daily living requirements and is ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet (80 MBits).

Connection to public transport:

The flat is located close to Matzleinsdorferplatz and provides several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. The S-Bahn & Tram station is close to the apartment (200m) with what you reach:

• the main station in 8 min
• the TU Wien in 12 min
• the City Center in 15 min
• the UNI Wien in 20 min
